Job Description

We are looking for an ERM Coordinator to support contingent workforce hiring operations. The role involves interview scheduling, candidate tracking, reporting, stakeholder communication, documentation management, and recruitment operations support to ensure a smooth hiring lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring teams.
• Track candidates through the recruitment process.
• Maintain hiring documentation and records.
• Prepare recruitment reports and status updates.
• Communicate with recruiters, hiring managers, vendors, and candidates.
• Support onboarding and contingent workforce operations.
