Erosion Control Crew Leader

Ballistic Hydroseed is searching for dependable and hard working candidates for this leadership position. Crew Leaders manage and work alongside a small group of erosion control installers to fulfill daily projects.

Crew leaders must be able to:

• Safely drive a company truck and trailer with all materials and equipment to and from project site locations.
• Direct and lead crew to complete each job, while providing quality production and ensuring high safety and compliance standards.
• Meet with contractors and onsite foreman to understand the daily needs.
• Operate and maintain equipment such as trenchers, excavators, skid steers and hydroseeders.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality are a must for this position.

Experience operating construction equipment is a plus along with reading erosion control plans. Driving and criminal record checks are a part of our hiring process, along with a pre-employment drug screening.

Hourly wage is TBD based on your fit for the position along with any previous experience or recommendations.
