Position Summary

Wet Dog Services is seeking a dependable, hardworking Erosion Control Technician to install, maintain, inspect, and repair erosion and sediment control measures on residential, commercial, and roadway construction projects.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Install silt fence, wire-backed silt fence, orange safety fence, straw wattles, inlet protection, rock entrances, rock outlet protection, and erosion control blankets.
• Inspect, maintain, repair, and replace BMPs.
• Load/unload materials and equipment.
• Operate hand and power tools safely.
• Communicate with supervisors.
• Follow OSHA and company safety policies.
• Maintain company equipment and vehicles.
• Represent Wet Dog Services professionally.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Construction or erosion control experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and team attitude.

Physical Requirements

Work outdoors in all weather conditions. Walk uneven terrain, bend, kneel, climb, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 75 pounds.
