What they need
Ballistic Hydroseed is searching for dependable and hard working candidates for this entry level position. General laborers work together with the Crew Leader daily to install and fulfill daily projects at various locations.
Laborers must be able to:
- Work well with a small group to fulfill daily task
- Be able to lift and carry materials from the truck/ trailer to the install location
- Swing a hammer and use a shovel to install various erosion control devices
- Follow the orders of the crew leader on site
- Consistent attendance and punctuality are a must.
Driving and criminal records checks are part of the hiring process, as well as a pre-employment drug screen.
Hourly wage is TBD based on your fit for the position and any previous experience.
