ERP Administrator

We are looking for an ERP Administrator to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration of the company’s ERP platform, including user access, roles, permissions, and configuration settings
• Act as the first call for ERP questions and issues, resolving problems quickly or escalating to vendors when needed
• Translate requests from Finance, Purchasing, Inventory, and other departments into system changes and workflow improvements
• Plan and carry out system updates, patches, and enhancements, including testing before rollout
• Build and maintain reports and data extracts that give teams the information they need
• Protect data accuracy by monitoring imports, integrations, and master data
• Maintain clear documentation of configurations, processes, and user guides
• Train new and existing users and share tips for getting more out of the system
• Spot repetitive manual work and recommend ways to automate or simplify it

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience administering or supporting an ERP system
• Working knowledge of ERP security, workflow setup, and user role design
• Familiarity with SQL and reporting tools
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a methodical approach to problem solving
• Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical users
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in an onsite environment
