  • Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, discrepancies, and actionable insights.
  • Translate complex data findings into clear and meaningful information for business stakeholders.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, consistency, and quality across systems.
  • Support the development and maintenance of documentation control methodologies for PLM systems.
  • Assist with application configuration, setup, maintenance, and updates.
  • Support user access and application-related activities as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to automate data processes and improve reporting efficiency.
  • Pull, analyze, and interpret data to support informed business decisions.
  • Develop, review, and implement work instructions supporting new systems and processes.
  • Recommend improvements to data processes, application maintenance, and system standards.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of related experience in a business or technology environment.
  • Experience working as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or in a similar role.
  • Experience working with PLM or ERP systems.
  • Experience implementing or configuring PLM systems; Windchill experience is preferred but not required.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Strong proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL.
  • Experience developing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in PLM, ERP, or other collaborative enterprise environments.
  • Strong organizational and task-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion.
  • Self-motivated, organized, efficient, and process-oriented.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong judgment and time-management skills.
