ERP AND COMPUTER OPERATOR

• Operate and maintain day-to-day activities in the company’s ERP software.
• Enter, update, and maintain sales, purchase, inventory, production, and other business data in the ERP system.
• Prepare and maintain daily reports, records, invoices, challans, and other documents.
• Monitor and update stock/inventory records in the ERP.
• Coordinate with accounts, purchase, sales, production, stores, and other departments for accurate data entry.
• Verify data and correct errors or discrepancies in ERP records.
• Handle MS Excel, MS Word, email, printing, scanning, and other routine computer work.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of physical and digital records.
• Generate ERP reports as required by management.
• Assist in resolving basic ERP-related data or operational issues.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of company information.
• Perform other computer and data-entry-related tasks assigned by management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
