About the Role

M Legacy Management Services, which oversees The Brunch Room by Morsel Cafe and Morsel Chocolates in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a detail-oriented ERP & Cost Controller to manage costing, inventory, and ERP systems across our outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's ERP system and master data (items, recipes, suppliers, pricing).
• Monitor and control food, beverage, and operational costs across all outlets.
• Prepare cost reports, variance analysis, and profitability reports for management.
• Maintain inventory records and conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations.
• Calculate and update recipe, portion, and menu costings.
• Monitor purchasing and consumption to control variances and wastage.
• Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and ERP records.
• Support month-end closing and train staff on ERP and inventory procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Cost Controller or ERP Controller, preferably in F&B / hospitality.
• Immediate joiners are requested to apply
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and inventory/cost modules.
• Good understanding of cost control, inventory, and recipe/menu costing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English required; accounting/finance qualification an advantage.
