General Qualifications:

• Graduate from universities, preferably in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), or related fields
• At least 10 years of experience in ERP and corporate applications
• Experienced in team management processes
• Strong knowledge and experience in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar
• Competent in business analysis, process management, project management, and digital transformation
• Proficient in English
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Job Description:

• Management, maintenance, and strategic development of ERP and corporate applications.
• End-to-end planning, management, and implementation of digital transformation projects.
• Analysis and prioritization of legal and corporate requirements received from business units, and execution of analysis, design, development, and deployment processes.
• Researching suitable technologies and solutions for requirements that cannot be met by existing applications; conducting feasibility studies; and ensuring the selection of the most appropriate solution by evaluating technological capability, sustainability, budget, and resource aspects.
• Managing SLA compliance for services received from third parties and overseeing the resolution of operational issues.
• Managing vendors involved in projects within the relevant domain.
• Execution of system integrations, data management, and performance improvement activities.
• Team management, stakeholder coordination, and regular reporting on system processes.
• Improvement of project and support processes.
