ERP & Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate ERP-related projects, enhancements, upgrades, and system improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with users, vendors, consultants, and IT teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Analyze business processes and recommend solutions to improve operational efficiency and system utilization.
• Support and optimize Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and production planning processes.
• Monitor project timelines, risks, budgets, and deliverables to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Gather user requirements, conduct system testing, and provide user training and support.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data analysis to support business decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives within the manufacturing environment.
• Act as the liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure effective communication and implementation of solutions.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP systems, manufacturing operations, project management, or business process improvement.
• Experience in ERP implementation, enhancement, migration, or support projects.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, MRP, production planning, or supply chain operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with Infor LN ERP and programming/coding knowledge will be an added advantage.
