Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Service Owner / Application Manager to oversee enterprise application support, vendor management, enhancements and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, internal IT teams and external managed service providers, ensuring effective service delivery and ongoing optimisation of Oracle Fusion ERP applications.

This is a client-side application management role requiring a strong Oracle Fusion techno-functional background, alongside experience in production support, service management and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Oracle Fusion ERP application support across Finance, Procurement, HR and other business functions.
• Oversee incident management, ticket triage, escalations, root-cause analysis and issue resolution.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Oracle Fusion managed service providers and external implementation partners.
• Monitor vendor performance, service delivery and SLA compliance.
• Manage application enhancements, change requests, prioritisation and release coordination.
• Review and challenge vendor solution proposals, technical approaches, effort estimates and quotations.
• Coordinate reporting requirements and enhancements using Oracle OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, deployment validation and application releases.
• Maintain oversight of Oracle Fusion configurations, workflows, integrations and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve application performance, user adoption and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in ERP application support, functional consulting, application management or service ownership.
• Strong experience supporting Oracle Fusion ERP in a live production environment.
• Functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials, Procurement and/or HCM modules.
• Previous hands-on techno-functional experience with Oracle Fusion configurations, workflows, reporting and integrations.
• Experience with Oracle OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI and approval workflows.
• Proven experience managing third-party vendors, managed service providers and application support services.
• Experience reviewing vendor proposals, technical solutions, estimates and enhancement requests.
• Strong understanding of incident management, change management, SLAs and ITIL service management principles.
• Experience gathering business requirements, coordinating testing and managing application enhancements.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Fusion ERP certification.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Previous experience working in the UAE.
• Arabic language skills.
