ERP Application Support Specialist (MS Dynamics AX)

• Provide support to users and assist them with ERP-related concerns.
• Troubleshoot system issues and resolve errors.
• Handle and monitor tickets, making sure everything is addressed on time.
• Guide users on how to use the system properly (finance, inventory, etc.).
• Escalate more complex issues to the technical team if needed.
• Do basic system checking, testing, and validation.
• Document issues and solutions for tracking and reference.

Job Qualifications:

• Experience supporting an ERP system (Dynamics 365 AX, SAP, NetSuite, etc.).
• Background in IT support or application support.
• Good understanding of business processes is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with ticketing tools is an advantage.
