Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven ERP Sales Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of ERP ecosystems, a proven track record in B2B sales, and the ability to manage the complete sales cycle while building meaningful client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their business challenges and position the right ERP solutions accordingly.
• Needs Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of client requirements and business processes to recommend suitable ERP modules and solutions.
• Proposal Development: Develop compelling, customised proposals that clearly articulate the value and ROI of our ERP services.
• Sales Execution: Own the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to deal closure, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term client relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with technical and implementation teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Market Intelligence: Stay current on ERP trends, industry developments, and the competitive landscape to provide informed recommendations to clients.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in ERP sales (B2B).
• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate client needs into effective ERP solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of managing multiple accounts independently.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Odoo, Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Willingness to work on-site in Chennai and travel to client locations as required.

Compensation
₹6 - 7 LPA (based on experience).
