WE ARE HIRING | ERP COORDINATOR

Location: Rajkot, Gujarat
Department: ERP
Experience: 2–3 Years
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide functional ERP support and resolve day-to-day user issues.
• Troubleshoot ERP and system-related issues and coordinate with relevant teams.
• Monitor daily ERP operations and ensure smooth business process execution.
• Conduct user training and provide guidance on ERP processes and best practices.
• Create and maintain master data, including Products, Customers, Vendors, BOM, etc.
• Prepare MIS, business reports, and management reports.
• Configure ERP dashboards based on departmental requirements.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
• Gather business requirements and implement ERP configurations and front-end customizations using Odoo Studio.
• Coordinate ERP implementation, testing, and UAT activities with different departments.
• Continuously improve ERP workflows in line with company policies and operational requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 2–3 years of relevant ERP experience.
• Good knowledge of ERP, Odoo, and Odoo Studio.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of MIS, reporting, and dashboards.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to understand business processes and provide effective ERP solutions.
