About the role

Our Digital Campus ERP is live across schools and colleges, covering admissions, attendance, fees, transport and communication. As ERP Coordinator youll be the link between those institutions and our engineering team running onboarding, training staff, gathering requirements and making sure every campus actually gets full value from the system.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate ERP onboarding and go-live for new school and college clients

• Train administrative staff, teachers and management on ERP modules

• Gather, document and prioritize client requirements and change requests for the dev team

• Track open issues through to closure and keep clients updated on progress

• Prepare setup data student records, fee structures, timetables for new implementations

Requirements

• 1-3 years in ERP/software implementation, coordination or client success

• Strong Excel skills and comfort handling structured data at volume

• Clear communication in English and Telugu/Hindi for on-site training sessions

• Organized, methodical follow-up habits and willingness to travel to client campuses

• Exposure to school/college ERP or education-sector software is a plus
