About the Role

* ERP Systems: Implementation, Customization, Support

* Business Analysis: Workflow Diagrams, Data Mapping, BRDs

* Technical Tools: Any desk, TeamViewer, OS-Windows, Windows Servers

* Project Execution: SDLC, Requirement Gathering, Client Coordination

* Domains: Construction ERP, CRM Systems, HRIS, Payroll, Procurement, QC, Store, RMC Planning & Estimation, Quantity Surveying, Project Billing, Construction Project

Management.

* Communication & Training: End-User Training, Documentation, Post-Go-Live Support

* Implemented ERP for the construction sector covering Tender NIT, Payroll, DPR, and Material modules.

* Provided detailed training and manuals for RA Billing, Machinery Logs, and DPR creation.

* Customized procurement workflows and subcontractor billing processes.

* Integrated GST modules, payroll deductions, and audit features for compliance.

* Coordinated with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless user adoption.

Training & Onboarding: Designed and conducted comprehensive ERP training programs for the accounts

department (April 2026) to ensure seamless cross-departmental software adoption.

ERP Administration: Overseeing the implementation and management of ERP software (HiRise, Strategic ERP) to streamline construction and organizational workflows.

Preferred:

Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of 15 days or less.

Location: Pune – Head Office

Industry: Engineering Construction Infrastructure

Note: Only candidates with Engineering Construction Infrastructure / Building Government Projects experience and only local candidates will be considered.

A personal round of Interview would be conducted at Pune Maharashtra project site for the shortlisted in the Construction (High-Rise Residential) Projects.
