Job Summary

We are looking for an accurate and responsible ERP Data Entry Operator with 1–2 years of experience to handle daily ERP transactions, data entry, and documentation. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely updates in the ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update daily production, inventory, purchase, sales, and material-related data in the ERP system.
• Maintain accurate and timely ERP records.
• Prepare and maintain reports, documents, and data sheets.
• Verify data and correct errors or discrepancies.
• Coordinate with production, purchase, stores, accounts, and other departments for data collection.
• Maintain records of stock, material movement, and ERP transactions.
• Generate ERP reports as required by management.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of company data.
• Perform other ERP and data-entry-related duties assigned by management.

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in ERP/data entry or a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of ERP software.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good typing and data-entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage daily work and meet deadlines.

Minimum Qualification

Graduate in any discipline.

Preferred Candidate

Experience in a manufacturing, textile, woven, or conversion industry will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
