Role Description:

**** The ERP Developer (Technical) is responsible for the analysis, technical design, development, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of custom functionalities, extensions, and interfaces (integrations/bridges) within the SoftOne ERP system, ensuring effective support of business processes. The role ensures seamless data flow and data integrity between the ERP system and third-party applications, in full alignment with business requirements and the technical direction provided by the ERP & Business Systems Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, configure, and debug custom ERP solutions based on business requirements and approved technical specifications, ensuring timely delivery.
• Review development blueprints and follow established version control, change management, deployment, code review, and testing procedures.
• Develop and maintain APIs, interfaces, and integrations between SoftOne and third-party systems.
• Perform technical diagnostics and root cause analysis to resolve system errors, defects, and malfunctions.
• Ensure code quality, application performance, and compliance with internal IT standards.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and custom SQL queries.
• Maintain technical documentation and user manuals, providing technical support and knowledge transfer to ERP Consultants for end-user training and support.
• Evaluate software applications and tools, assess compatibility with existing system architecture, and recommend technical solutions.
• Contribute to process optimization, technology adoption, operational efficiency, and improved business KPIs.

The Ideal Profile:

• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in ERP development and/or configuration.
• Very good knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SoftOne, and SQL, including relational databases such as MS SQL Server and Oracle.
• Understanding of business processes across Finance, Procurement, Sales, HR, Property Management, and Property Maintenance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and very good command of English.
• Very good computer skills, including MS Office.
• Knowledge of project management principles and relevant ERP vendor certifications will be considered an advantage.
