ERP Developer (NetSuite to Infor Migration)

Saltu is partnering with a manufacturer that is moving its ERP from Oracle NetSuite to Infor. We're looking for an ERP Developer to help lead the technical side of the migration: pulling data out of NetSuite, building and extending Infor, and connecting it to the plant floor and the rest of the business.

What you'll do

• Work with the implementation partner, operations and finance to turn manufacturing and business requirements into technical designs for Infor.
• Plan and run the data migration from NetSuite, including items, bills of material, routings, inventory, customers, vendors and open transactions, with full cleansing, mapping and reconciliation.
• Build integrations between Infor and plant and business systems (MES, quality, WMS, EDI, CRM, banking, reporting) using Infor ION, APIs and middleware.
• Develop extensions, forms, reports and workflows for manufacturing processes such as production scheduling, resin and material planning, lot traceability, scrap and regrind tracking, and quality control.
• Review current NetSuite customizations (SuiteScripts, saved searches, workflows) and decide whether each one gets rebuilt, replaced with standard Infor functionality, or retired.
• Support testing (unit, integration and UAT), cutover planning, go-live and post-launch stabilization across plant and back-office users.
• Document technical designs, data mappings and support processes for the long term.

What you'll bring

• 5+ years of hands-on ERP development experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience developing in Infor CloudSuite, including Infor OS, ION and API integrations.
• Working knowledge of NetSuite's data model and customization tools, such as SuiteScript, SuiteTalk and saved searches.
• At least one full-cycle ERP implementation or migration, ideally from NetSuite or another mid-market ERP.
• Strong SQL and data migration skills, plus experience with ETL tools.
• Programming experience in some of: JavaScript, C#/.NET, Python, REST/SOAP and XML/JSON.
• A solid understanding of manufacturing processes such as BOMs, routings, MRP, shop floor control, inventory, costing and order-to-cash.
• Clear communication with plant operations, finance and IT.

Nice to have

• Experience in plastics, packaging, injection molding, extrusion or other process manufacturing.
• Experience integrating ERP with MES, SCADA or shop-floor data collection systems.
• Infor certifications.
• Experience with Birst, Infor Document Management or Infor Data Lake.
