ERP Executive

(SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics)

Key Responsibilities

• ERP System Management: Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of
• ERP software to ensure smooth operation and alignment with business needs.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Identify and resolve ERP-related issues, including system bugs, data inconsistencies, and user problems.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with finance, HR, operations, and IT teams to understand requirements and ensure the ERP system supports all business functions.
• Training and Mentorship: Conduct training sessions for staff, guide users, and promote adoption of ERP tools.
• Data Integrity and Reporting: Ensure accurate: data entry, maintain data quality, and generate reports to support business decisions.
• Third-Party Software: Integrate ERP systems with other software applications.
• End-Users : Collaborate with end-users to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation related to ERP processes and configurations

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience: Typically 4-5 years in ERP system management, software implementation, or IT support roles
• Certifications (Optional but Advantageous): ERP-specific certifications such as SAP Certified Application Associate or Oracle Certified Professional, and project management credentials.

Skills and Competencies

• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with ERP platforms like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics; SQL knowledge; system integration; and basic analytics.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and optimize business processes.
• Communication and Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with multiple departments and train staff.
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in data management and system configuration.
• Experience: ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
