ERP Executive

We are looking for an "ERP Executive"

Location: S-88/A S.I.T.E Hawks bay Road, Karachi, Pakistan, Karachi.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Odoo ERP Executive is responsible for managing, supporting, and optimizing the Odoo ERP system to ensure smooth business operations. The role involves coordinating with different departments, maintaining ERP data accuracy, troubleshooting system issues, training users, and supporting ERP implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the day-to-day operation of the Odoo ERP system.
• Monitor system performance and resolve user issues promptly.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather business requirements and implement ERP solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all ERP modules.
• Generate and analyze reports to support business decision-making.
• Assist in ERP upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features.
• Train end users on ERP processes and provide ongoing technical support.
• Document business processes, system configurations, and user manuals.
• Coordinate with developers or external vendors for customization and bug fixes.
• Perform regular system audits, backups, and data validation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ERP best practices.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and operational improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience working with Odoo ERP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes.
• Experience with Odoo functional modules and workflows.
• Knowledge of SQL, PostgreSQL, and basic ERP database concepts is an advantage.
• Familiarity with business process mapping and documentation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Functional knowledge of Odoo ERP.
• Understanding of ERP implementation methodologies.
• Experience in user training and support.
• Ability to prepare MIS reports and dashboards.
