What they need
Role & responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support to ERP users across departments.
Identify, analyze, and resolve ERP-related issues reported by users.
Prepare and maintain ERP-related reports, MIS, and dashboards.
Support implementation of new ERP modules, enhancements, and process improvements.
Ensure ERP processes comply with organizational policies and internal controls.
Conduct user training and prepare user guides/SOPs for ERP processes.
Strong knowledge on Technology applications, Scale, Deployment, etc.,
Experience in ERP implementation, user support, troubleshooting, and process improvement.
Preferred candidate profile
- Candidates who can join within a short notice period will be preferred.
2.Communication Skill (Both Written & Oral)
3.Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
- Preferred strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
