ERP Executive

An ERP Executive is responsible for managing, coordinating, and supporting the company’s

ERP system to ensure smooth business operations across departments such as Production,

Purchase, Inventory, Accounts, HR, and Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling daily ERP operations and basic data entry
• Making entries for purchase, sales, inventory, production, and accounts in ERP
• Creating and maintaining masters (Item, Vendor, Employee, BOM, etc.)
• Assisting in accounts-related work such as voucher entries, invoice updates, payment

records, and reconciliation support

• Monitoring stock, production, and material movement through ERP
• Preparing MIS reports and maintaining accurate records
• Coordinating with departments for smooth ERP workflow and issue resolution
• Supporting ERP users with basic troubleshooting and system updates
• Ensuring data accuracy and timely updates in the ERP system

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of ERP software.
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Good Excel and computer skills
• Attention to detail and data accuracy
• Coordination and communication skills

Preferred Qualification:

• B.Com / BBA / BCA / Graduate
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial ERP systems preferred

Industry Preference:

Manufacturing, Transformer Industry, Electricals, Engineering, Production Units

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
