ERP Executive

We are looking for a skilled and proactive ERP Specialist to oversee the day-to-day functionalities of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. In this role, you will be our go-to expert for understanding the system's inner workings, ensuring all modules run smoothly, and maintaining data integrity. A major part of your responsibility will be teaching, onboarding, and supporting our internal staff to ensure every department uses the software effectively and confidently.

Key Responsibilities

• System Management: Take full ownership of the ERP software functionalities, including troubleshooting, regular system updates, and monitoring data accuracy.
• Staff Training & Onboarding: Design clear training materials and conduct hands-on teaching sessions for existing and new employees across various departments.
• User Support: Act as the primary point of contact for daily staff queries, resolving any functional issues or glitches they encounter.
• Process Optimization: Understand how different departments interact with the system and find ways to streamline their workflows within the software.
• Data Management: Ensure that information flowing between modules (Finance, Inventory, HR, Sales, etc.) remains consistent and accurate.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
