Job Summary

Bhanwariya Infra Projects Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented ERP Executive to support the Procurement Department in ERP operations, data management, procurement documentation, and reporting. The candidate should have hands-on experience with ERP systems and strong MS Excel skills to ensure data accuracy and smooth workflow coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate data entries in the ERP system.
• Support procurement-related ERP operations, including purchase orders, material records, and vendor data.
• Maintain MIS reports, procurement records, and documentation.
• Verify data accuracy and resolve ERP-related discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Accounts, Stores, and Project teams.
• Prepare and update reports using MS Excel.
• Support ERP process improvements and ensure timely data updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate or Diploma holder in a relevant discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in ERP Operations, ERP Support, MIS, or Data Management.
• Mandatory: Exposure to Delta ERP, SAP, Tally, or similar ERP platforms.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and data management.
• Understanding of ERP workflows and procurement processes.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
