Job Description – MIS/ERP Exe

Position: MIS/ERP Exe

Experience: 5+ Years

Employment Type: Full-time

Reporting To: Production Manager / Plant Head

Industry: Food Processing / FMCG

Location: Malanpur, Gwalior (MP)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily and monthly production reports.
• Enter daily production and material data into ERP.
• Maintain production plan vs. actual production data.
• Track raw material consumption, wastage, and finished goods.
• Maintain daily quality inspection reports.
• Record rejection, wastage, and quality issues.
• Maintain batch-wise quality records.
• Coordinate with the Quality Department for reports.
• Update raw material and finished goods stock.
• Maintain batch-wise production records.
• Check stock details and correct data mismatches.

Required Skills

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, ERP software.
• Experience in production MIS and quality reporting.
• Experience minimum 5 years.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
