ERP Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ERP Executive with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Logic ERP. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of ERP operations, data management, report generation, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain daily operations on Logic ERP.
• Handle ERP data entry and updates, ensuring data accuracy across departments.
• Generate and maintain MIS reports related to sales, inventory, purchases, accounts, and other business operations.
• Monitor inventory, stock movement, purchase entries, sales entries, and related transactions.
• Coordinate with Accounts, Sales, Inventory, and other departments for ERP-related requirements.
• Troubleshoot ERP issues and coordinate with the Logic ERP support team whenever required.
• Assist in ERP configuration, master data management, and process improvements.
• Ensure proper documentation and data integrity within the ERP system. l Train and support employees in using Logic ERP effectively.
• Identify discrepancies in ERP data and ensure timely resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in ERP operations.
• Hands-on experience with Logic ERP is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of inventory management, sales, purchase, and stock reconciliation.
• Understanding of basic accounting and billing processes will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and report generation.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates who have independently handled Logic ERP in their previous organization.
• Experience in retail, healthcare, distribution, or multi-location operations will be an advantage.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and resolve ERP-related issues efficiently.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
