About the Role:

We are looking for a tech-savvy and detail-oriented ERP Executive to manage and optimize our ERP software. The candidate will work closely with different departments to streamline workflows, improve system efficiency, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the ERP aligns with the company's operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. ERP Management

Manage the day-to-day functioning, configuration, and maintenance of the company's ERP software.

Handle user access, master data, workflows, permissions, and system settings.

Identify and resolve ERP-related issues in coordination with the software provider, wherever required.

2. Process Optimization

Understand existing business processes and configure ERP workflows to improve operational efficiency.

Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and reduce repetitive tasks.

Assist in implementing new ERP modules, features, and system upgrades.

3. Data Management & Reporting

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and proper documentation within the ERP.

Generate reports and dashboards to support management decision-making.

Monitor system usage and identify gaps in ERP adoption across departments.

4. Cross-Functional Coordination

Work with design, project management, procurement, accounts, and HR teams to understand their requirements and implement suitable ERP solutions.

Train employees on ERP features, workflows, and best practices.

Coordinate with ERP vendors for customizations, integrations, and technical enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Applications, or a related field.

* 1–2 years of experience in ERP administration, implementation, or configuration.

* Strong understanding of ERP modules, workflows, and business process automation.

* Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.

* Knowledge of database management, SQL, APIs, or system integrations is an added advantage.

* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
