Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced *ERP Executive / ERP Functional Specialist* responsible for analyzing business processes, managing ERP operations, supporting users, and coordinating with different departments and ERP vendors to improve business efficiency and system performance.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze existing *business processes* and identify opportunities for ERP-based process improvements.

* Coordinate with *Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Finance, HR, and other departments* to understand business requirements.

* Configure and maintain ERP modules according to approved business requirements.

* Manage *ERP master data*, including customers, vendors, materials/items, BOM, users, and other relevant masters.

* Manage *ERP user accounts, roles, permissions, and access controls*.

* Prepare and customize *ERP reports, MIS reports, dashboards, and business reports*.

* Coordinate with ERP vendors/developers for *customization, enhancement, integration, and issue resolution*.

* Collect business requirements and prepare *BRD/SRS/FRD/UAT documentation* where required.

* Conduct *UAT, testing, and validation* of new ERP functionality before deployment.

* Provide *functional and technical support* to ERP users and resolve day-to-day issues.

* Conduct *ERP user training* and prepare user guides/SOPs.

* Monitor ERP performance, data accuracy, transaction flow, and system availability.

* Support integration between ERP and other systems such as *Tally, GST/e-Invoice, e-Way Bill, banking, or third-party applications*.

* Identify process gaps and recommend *automation and digitalization opportunities*.

* Maintain proper documentation of ERP configurations, changes, issues, and enhancements.

* Ensure ERP processes follow company policies, internal controls, and information-security requirements.

* UAT and functional testing

* ERP customization and change management

*Technical Skills*

* Good knowledge of *SQL and database concepts*

* Basic/working knowledge of *APIs and JSON*

* Understanding of *ERPTally integration*

* Knowledge of Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and reporting

* Basic understanding of web applications and system architecture

* Knowledge of *e-Invoice, e-Way Bill and GST integration* is an advantage

### Preferred Qualification

* *BCA / MCA / B.Tech / BE / B.Sc. IT / MBA-IT* or equivalent.

* *2–5 years of experience* in ERP implementation, support, or functional consulting.

* Experience in a *manufacturing environment* will be preferred.

* Experience with ERP integration, SQL, APIs, and Tally will be an added advantage.
