Job Description: Business Applications Consultant (Manufacturing Track)

The Business Applications Consultant (Manufacturing Track) is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting ERP manufacturing solutions for clients. The role involves analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, providing functional consultancy, conducting user training, and ensuring successful deployment of manufacturing-related modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze client business requirements related to manufacturing operations.
• Configure and implement ERP manufacturing modules based on client needs.
• Conduct business process mapping and recommend best-practice manufacturing workflows.
• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with the technical team for customizations.
• Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validate implemented solutions.
• Provide end-user training and create user documentation and process guides.
• Support data migration, system go-live, and post-implementation activities.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolution to clients.
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, and implementation deliverables.
• Work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Information Technology, Accountancy, or a related field.
• Experience in ERP implementation or manufacturing business processes is an advantage.
• Knowledge of production planning, bill of materials (BOM), MRP, inventory, routing, and shop floor operations is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willing to travel for client implementation and support when required.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with ERP solutions such as SAP Business One, SAP S/4HANA, Acumatica, or similar systems.
• Understanding of manufacturing and supply chain business processes.
• Experience in business process documentation and user training.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
