As part of our continued growth in Asia, HSO Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Consultant to lead enterprise ERP implementations for clients across a variety of industries. This role offers the opportunity to work with multinational organizations on complex digital transformation initiatives while collaborating with an experienced global consulting team.

About the Role

We are looking for a Functional Consultant with a solid grounding in ERP systems and business processes to join our consulting team. Candidates with any ERP platform background are welcome to apply - experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) is a definite advantage, but not a requirement. This role suits consultants who want to build a long-term career in ERP consulting and grow their expertise across end-to-end client implementations in the region. Candidates with extensive D365FO consulting experience will be considered for a Senior Consultant role, with greater ownership of client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in business requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design workshops with clients
• Configure and customize ERP modules based on documented business requirements
• Prepare functional design documents (FDDs), process flows, data migration, and configuration
• Support system testing, including unit testing, SIT, and UAT
• Assist in end-user training and documentation of standard operating procedures
• Provide post go-live support and troubleshoot functional issues
• Collaborate with technical consultants and developers to translate business needs into system solutions
• Work with project managers to track deliverables and timelines

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in ERP consulting, implementation, or support (any platform — D365FO, D365 BC, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
• Solid understanding of core ERP concepts and business processes (e.g., procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, project accounting or inventory)
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Business Central is a definite advantage, regardless of module or level of exposure
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, IT, or a related field
• Good communication skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
• Willingness to travel for regional client engagements, as needed
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification(s)
• Prior experience in a professional services or consulting environment
