About the Role

We are looking for an ERP Support Executive to provide functional support to customers using our ERP/POS and business management solutions. The role involves understanding customer requirements, resolving software-related issues, assisting users with day-to-day operations, and coordinating with the internal technical team when required.

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of business processes such as POS, accounting, inventory management, or HR/payroll and be comfortable interacting directly with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional and application support to customers using ERP/POS software.
• Understand customer issues, identify the root cause, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Assist customers with software configuration, setup, and day-to-day usage.
• Understand business processes related to sales, billing, inventory, accounting, HR, and payroll.
• Conduct customer training and product demonstrations when required.
• Coordinate with the development/technical team for software bugs, enhancements, and complex issues.
• Follow up on reported issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Document customer issues, solutions, and frequently encountered problems.
• Visit customer locations for implementation, training, support, and troubleshooting when required.
• Assist in software implementation and onboarding of new customers.
• Maintain good customer relationships and ensure a positive support experience.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• IT/Computer background preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with any of the following:
• POS / Retail software
• Accounting software
• Inventory Management software
• ERP software
• HR / Payroll software
• Good understanding of basic business processes.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to understand and explain software functionality to non-technical users.
• Basic troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations up to 50% of the time.
• Comfortable working independently as well as with a team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ERP/POS implementation or customer support.
• Familiarity with accounting, inventory, retail, restaurant, bakery, manufacturing, or HR processes.
• Experience in conducting customer training.
• Basic understanding of databases, Excel, or software troubleshooting will be an advantage.
