ERP Implementaiton trainee

We are looking for a smart, enthusiastic and self-motivated fresh graduate to join our ERP Implementation team.

This is a hands-on learning opportunity for someone who is interested in software, business processes and customer interaction, and wants to build a career in ERP implementation and business applications.

The role will involve learning our ERP/CRM product, understanding customer business processes, assisting in implementation and configuration, and working closely with customers and internal teams.

We are looking for someone who believes that every task, challenge and customer interaction adds to their experience and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and understand the company's ERP/CRM software and its various modules
• Understand customer requirements and business processes
• Assist the implementation team in configuring and deploying the software
• Support customer onboarding and implementation activities
• Coordinate with customers for data, information and implementation requirements
• Assist in user training and product demonstrations
• Help customers understand and use the software effectively
• Coordinate with internal technical/product teams for resolving issues
• Maintain implementation-related documentation and status updates
• Follow up on pending implementation activities with customers and internal teams
• Participate in customer meetings and site visits, whenever required
• Continuously learn the product, industry processes and implementation methodology

What We Are Looking For

• Fresh graduate from any discipline
• BBA / B.Com / BCA / B.Sc / BE / B.Tech / MBA or equivalent preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Logical and structured approach to problem-solving
• Comfortable interacting with customers
• Good understanding of basic computer applications
• Willingness to learn software applications and business processes
• Ability to understand processes and explain them clearly
• Good follow-up and coordination skills
• Comfortable taking responsibility and handling challenges
• Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings/implementation, whenever required
