ERP Implementation assistant

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented ERP Implementation professional to support the end-to-end implementation and stabilization of the organizations first ERP system. The role involves business process mapping, data collection, coordination with ERP implementation partners, system testing, user training, and ongoing support across departments including Projects, Procurement, Billing, Finance, Inventory, and HR.

The position plays a critical role in driving digital transformation by ensuring ERP implementation aligns with project execution workflows and business operations in a faade engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. ERP Implementation Support

• Assist in the complete ERP implementation lifecycle (requirement gathering data, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support).
• Coordinate with ERP consultants and internal data connection with implementation partners.
• Support system configuration based on company workflows.
• Assist in module implementation including Project Management, Procurement, Inventory, Billing, Finance, and HR.
• Monitor implementation timelines and deliverables.

Business Process Mapping (Faade Operations)

• Study and document existing workflows across departments including:

• Project execution and tracking

• BOQ and measurement processes

• Material procurement and inventory management

• Vendor and subcontractor management

• Client billing and RA billing

• Site operations and manpower tracking

• Finance and accounting processes

• Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.

• Assist in designing standardized ERP-based workflows.

Business Process Mapping (Faade Engineering)

• Study and document existing workflows across departments including:

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering / IT / Computer Applications / Commerce / Management.
• 2 to 6 years of experience in ERP implementation, ERP support, or business process roles.
• Experience in first-time ERP implementation preferred.
• Exposure to project-based industries such as construction, faade, engineering, or manufacturing is an advantage.
