About The Role

We are looking for an experienced ERP Implementation Consultant to lead the deployment and configuration of business management solutions for customers within the printing, packaging, labels, and converting industries.

You will act as a key point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle, working closely with customers to understand their business processes, configure solutions to meet their needs, deliver training, support testing, and guide them through to successful go-live.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that combines business process analysis, system configuration, training, documentation, and implementation support.

What You Will Do

• Lead software implementation projects for customers across the printing, packaging, labels, and converting industries.
• Conduct business process assessments, discovery sessions, and requirements-gathering workshops.
• Understand customer workflows and translate operational requirements into effective system configurations.
• Configure and customise solutions based on customer operational and strategic needs.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend practical best practices.
• Deliver training sessions for key users and operational teams.
• Prepare functional documentation, project reports, and implementation deliverables.
• Support system testing, validation, user acceptance testing, and go-live activities.
• Work closely with Development, Support, Project Management, and other internal teams.
• Help ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timelines, and customer expectations.
• Travel domestically and internationally to support customer implementations, including on-site work when required.

What You Bring

• Proven experience implementing ERP systems, MIS platforms, or enterprise software solutions, ideally within a manufacturing environment.

• Strong knowledge of:

  • Cost accounting and manufacturing costing.
  • Pricing and price formation methodologies.
  • Production Planning and Control (PPCP).
  • Manufacturing and production operations.
  • Production control and shop-floor processes.
  • Inventory and procurement management.
  • Administrative, financial, and operational processes.

• Previous experience within printing, packaging, labels, graphic arts, converting, or a related manufacturing industry is highly desirable.

• Experience supporting digital transformation or ERP implementation projects within manufacturing environments.

• Knowledge of implementation methodologies and project management best practices.

• Experience working with manufacturing KPIs such as productivity, efficiency, waste reduction, and cost control.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Fluent Portuguese, advanced English, and advanced Spanish.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead customer workshops and training sessions.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• A process-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify, describe, and recommend improvements to customer workflows.

• Strong organisational and time-management skills.

• A proactive, self-motivated, and customer-focused approach.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.

• Availability for frequent domestic and international travel.
