ERP Implementation Consultant

Jobwell Romania is hiring in Timisoara an ERP Implementation Consultant – Finance and Business Transformation.

We are looking for an experienced ERP Implementation Consultant to join our client’s team and play a key role in delivering ERP implementation, optimization, data migration, and business transformation projects.

YOUR MISSION:

As an ERP Implementation Consultant , you will work closely with Finance teams, IT stakeholders, and implementation partners to understand business needs and translate them into effective ERP solutions.

You will be involved across the full ERP lifecycle: from business analysis and solution design through configuration, data migration, testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation support.

YOUR RESPONSABILITIES:

• Analyzing existing business processes, systems, and workflows;
• Gathering and translating business requirements into functional specifications;
• Supporting ERP implementation and configuration activities;
• Managing and validating financial data migration activities;
• Working with General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, Cost Centers, and Financial Reporting;
• Performing data extraction, cleansing, mapping, transformation, reconciliation, and migration testing;
• Supporting system integration and information workflows;
• Preparing functional documentation, migration templates, and process documentation;
• Designing and delivering end-user training;
• Supporting testing, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live activities;
• Identifying opportunities to improve business processes through technology;
• Acting as a trusted bridge between business users and technical teams.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education
• Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP implementation, configuration, or support
• Strong understanding of data structures, business workflows, and system integrations
• Good general knowledge of core business operational workflows, including procurement, inventory management, sales invoicing, and accounting processes
• Familiar with enterprise ERP solutions such as SAP, Sage X3, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, Infor, IFS, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with database logic (basic SQL queries) and power BI is a plus
• Experience with Sage ERP solutios, will be a significant advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Fluent English and French

Location: Timisoara Metropolitan Area

Working Contract model: Permanent | Full-Time | On-site

Gross Salary: 22.500 RON / month
