ERP Implementation Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1. Participate in full-lifecycle ERP project delivery, including requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, go-live and post-launch support & maintenance.
2. Communicate closely with clients to identify business requirements and deliver professional system solutions.
3. Compile project documentation, such as requirement specifications, design documents, test cases and user operation manuals.
4. Conduct end-user training for clients and provide ongoing technical & functional support to resolve enquiries.
5. Monitor project progress, identify risks and troubleshoot issues arising throughout project implementation.

Job Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Computer Science or related disciplines.

2. Work Experience: Minimum 1 year working experience in software implementation.

   Preference will be given to candidates with project experience in footwear & apparel, furniture, FMCG, beauty & cosmetics, jewellery, food industries; experience with Baison Software is highly preferred.

3. Technical Competencies

   3.1 Proficient in MySQL database and skilled in writing SQL queries.

   3.2 Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite.

   3.3 Familiar with retail business processes including e-commerce OMS, in-store POS, distribution and finance modules. Candidates with experience in business investigation and solution drafting are preferred.

   3.4 Proven track record of independently delivering medium & small-scale projects, familiar with standard delivery methodologies; basic project management experience is an advantage.

4. Soft Skills & Other Requirements

   4.1 Excellent communication, negotiation and coordination skills with good interpersonal skills. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capability and self-learning ability. Clear logical thinking, strong sense of responsibility and professionalism. Able to travel overseas, work under tight schedules and high work pressure, embrace new challenges.

   4.2 PMP certification is a plus.
