ERP Implementation Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented ERP Implementation Executive to support the implementation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of ERP systems across our business operations. The candidate will work closely with different departments to understand business requirements, improve existing processes, and ensure the successful implementation and utilization of ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of ERP systems across various business units.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from departments such as Finance, HR, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, and Retail Operations.
• Coordinate with end users, department heads, and technical teams to understand business processes and ERP requirements.
• Prepare functional specifications, process flow documents, user manuals, and other implementation documentation.
• Configure ERP modules based on approved business requirements.
• Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and troubleshooting to ensure system functionality.
• Provide end-user training and support during ERP implementation and post-implementation phases.
• Identify system issues, coordinate with ERP vendors or developers, and follow up on resolutions.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation during ERP implementation.
• Coordinate system upgrades, enhancements, and integration with other business applications.
• Ensure ERP processes align with company policies, internal controls, and operational requirements.
• Prepare regular progress reports and communicate implementation status to management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Applications, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Previous experience in ERP implementation, application support, or business systems administration.
• Practical knowledge of ERP modules such as Inventory, Procurement, Finance, Sales, and HR.
• Experience in requirement gathering, system testing, troubleshooting, and user training.
• Good understanding of business processes, particularly in retail, wholesale, FMCG, or distribution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant business applications.

• Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or other enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, procurement, sales, and financial processes.
• Experience working with ERP vendors, technical teams, and cross-functional business units.

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
