ERP Implementation Manager (Night Shift)

JOB SCOPE

The ERP Implementation Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the full lifecycle of ERP solution implementations, currently centered on NetSuite, ensuring successful integration and driving client adoption. This role leads multiple projects teams, manages project timelines, and coordinates with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of NetSuite and other ERP implementations within scope and budget. The Manager will leverage their extensive experience to guide the implementation process, ensure quality, and provide strategic direction. The Manager is expected to be open and willing to learn and adapt to new ERP tools as AGO's ERP practice evolves.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Manage NetSuite and Other ERP Implementations: Oversee all stages of the NetSuite (and other ERP/related platform) implementation process, from planning and design to deployment, ensuring all phases align with client requirements, business goals, and timelines.
• Project Management: Manage project plans, schedules, risks, and cross-functional teams to ensure the on-time, on-budget delivery of NetSuite and other ERP/related platform solutions, while proactively addressing potential delays or challenges.
• Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to capture detailed requirements, configure NetSuite or other ERP/related platforms, and customize modules (such as Financials, CRM, Inventory, and Order Management) to meet their specific business needs.
• System Integration and Data Migration: Oversee the integration of NetSuite and other ERPs/related platforms with third-party systems and lead data migration efforts, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data as it transitions from legacy systems to NetSuite or the target ERP.
• Training and Post-Implementation Support: Provide comprehensive training sessions for clients and offer post-implementation support and client satisfaction.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain and manage project documentation, including configuration details, customizations, progress reports, and status updates, ensuring all activities are clearly tracked and communicated.
• Continuous Improvement: Provide leadership in identifying opportunities for process improvements, ensuring best practices are followed throughout the implementation and that the system evolves to meet changing business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS : MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in NetSuite implementation or similar ERP implementation roles, with a proven track record of leading complex implementations from start to finish.
• Strong expertise in NetSuite ERP modules (Financials, CRM, Inventory, Order Management, etc.), with an in-depth understanding of accounting principles and business processes.
• Extensive experience in requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, and testing.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, handle multiple priorities, and successfully deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both clients and internal teams effectively at all levels.
• Strong understanding of accounting concepts.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Open and willing to learn and adapt to new ERP tools and platforms beyond NetSuite.
• NetSuite certifications (e.g., NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant) are preferred.

TECHNICAL AND OTHER SKILLS

• NetSuite Configuration and Customization: Expertise in configuring and customizing NetSuite modules (e.g., Financials, CRM, Inventory, Order Management) and workflows (e.g., Sales and Quote Development, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Financial Reporting).
• Business Process Analysis: Skilled in analyzing client business processes and mapping them to NetSuite functionality, driving system alignment and operational efficiency.
• Data Migration: Proficient in data migration techniques to ensure smooth and accurate data transitions from legacy systems to NetSuite.
• NetSuite Integration: Experience with integrating NetSuite to third-party systems such as CRM, e-commerce platforms, and financial systems (e.g., Salesforce, Shopify, Amazon Seller, UPS) to ensure seamless workflows and data exchanges.
• Project Management Tools: Strong proficiency with tools like ClickUp, Jira, or Monday.com to track milestones, timelines, and resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Change Management: Ability to guide clients through the transition, ensuring they understand and adapt to new business processes and NetSuite functionalities effectively.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Knowledge of creating and executing test cases to validate the proper functioning of configurations, customizations, and system integrations.
• Client Training and Support: Experience in training clients on NetSuite functionalities and providing post-implementation support to troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance.
• Customer Service Support: Capable of handling ad-hoc NetSuite issues, addressing routine problems efficiently, and escalating complex issues for further specialized attention.
• System Documentation: Proficiency in creating detailed documentation for system configurations, customizations, training materials, and project progress reports.
