About the Opportunity

We're partnering with a leading organization to find an experienced ERP Lead to support large-scale technology separation and integration programs. This is a hands-on technical leadership role for someone who has successfully stood up, separated, or migrated ERP platforms within complex, multi-country environments.

You'll own the ERP workstream end to end—from solution design through testing, data migration, cutover, and hypercare while coordinating systems integrators, software vendors, and large groups of business users across multiple countries.

What You'll Do

• Own the ERP workstream end to end, including solution design, build, testing, data migration, integrations, cutover, hypercare, and business readiness.
• Define and lead the testing strategy across SIT, UAT, regression, performance, and friendly-user testing, including coordinating and training large groups of business testers.
• Lead the data migration workstream, including identifying, cleansing, validating, and migrating data from current-state to future-state ERP environments.
• Coordinate systems integrators, software vendors, business stakeholders, and internal teams to keep ERP delivery on schedule, within budget, and aligned with critical program milestones.
• Identify and escalate risks related to go-live readiness, transition timelines, business continuity, and user adoption.
• Lead cutover and post-go-live hypercare, including issue prioritization, escalation, resolution, and transition to steady-state operations.

What You Bring

• 12+ years of experience in consulting, systems integration, or industry, including multiple ERP carve-out, separation, stand-up, or migration programs.
• Direct ownership of a major ERP platform during a separation or migration, including SAP S/4HANA or ECC, Oracle Fusion or EBS, NetSuite, Infor LN, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong testing leadership across system, integration, UAT, regression, and performance testing, including experience training and coordinating business testers at scale.
• Hands-on data migration experience across complex ERP landscapes.
• Experience coordinating multi-country programs, multiple vendors, and systems integrators in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior technology executives and work directly with SI program leadership.
• Ability to speak to specific ERP separation or migration programs personally delivered from planning through go-live.

Preferred Background

Experience within a global consulting firm, systems integrator, or advisory organization, or as a senior ERP delivery leader within a company that has undergone a carve-out, separation, or major ERP migration.

The strongest candidates will bring a combination of ERP platform expertise, carve-out experience, enterprise testing leadership, and data migration experience.
