Configuration and workflow setup of ERP focusing on financial accounting such as but not limited to general ledger, AP/AR, Purchasing, Inventory, Assets and Financial Reports.
Develop ERP system rollout and implementation plan for dealers.
Conduct ERP System training and support for dealer end-users.
Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders for workflow mapping and optimization.
Handling ERP system data migration and integration.
In charge of department budget planning, forecasting, and monitoring.
Develop plans for section improvement according to departmental objectives.
Lead section members and oversee all tasks and responsibilities.
Monitoring of section member KPIs and preparation of rating summary.
Weekly reporting of section activities and performance to management.
