ERP Manager

Manager ERP Lahore, Pakistan Job Description: We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Manager ERP to join our team. As a Manager ERP, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and enhancing our ERP system's performance and functionality. You should have a strong background in ERP systems, preferably with exposure to Odoo and Oracle, and a proven track record of successful ERP implementation and management. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions. - Configure, customize, and maintain ERP modules to align with business processes. - Perform thorough testing of ERP functionality to ensure proper implementation and integration. - Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. - Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues, working closely with technical teams if necessary. - Provide end-user training and support to ensure proper utilization of the ERP system. - Collaborate with external vendors and consultants as needed to implement and optimize ERP solutions. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to ERP systems and functionality. - Lead and mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise. Qualifications and Experience: - Professional Qualification:CMA, CA, or ACCA (Member) is required. - 8+ years of hands-on experience with modern ERP platforms (Odoo, NetSuite, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or SAP). - Strong proficiency in Odoo and Oracle ERP systems is highly preferred. - Solid understanding of business processes and their integration with ERP systems. - Ability to analyze complex problems and devise effective solutions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. - Strong organizational and project management skills. - Prior experience in training end-users on ERP functionality. - Relevant certifications in ERP systems would be a plus.
