ERP Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or a related field,
• Proven management experience in corporate IT applications, ERP, and digital solutions,
• Strong knowledge and experience in SAP, CRM, BPM, ERP, and industry-specific applications,
• Proven experience in coordinating and managing different IT teams,
• Experience in IT strategy, enterprise architecture, digital transformation, and technology roadmap development,
• Strong project, budget, resource, and team management skills,
• Experience in managing vendors, consultants, and technology partners, including contract and SLA management,
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills,
• Ability to lead change and transformation initiatives,
• No restrictions on business travel.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage the organization's IT applications and digital technology infrastructure effectively, sustainably, and in alignment with business strategies,
• Ensure effective coordination between different IT teams and business units, aligning technology investments with business needs,
• Lead the development and continuous improvement of SAP and other corporate applications in line with business requirements,
• Ensure the consistency of enterprise architecture and technology standards throughout application development, integration, and transformation projects,
• Develop strategies to improve the performance, security, integration, scalability, and continuity of IT applications,
• Monitor the scope, budget, timeline, resources, and risks of IT projects and report project performance to senior management,
• Manage relationships with technology vendors, consulting firms, and solution partners, including contracts, SLAs, and service quality processes,
• Evaluate new technologies and solution alternatives and provide recommendations to enhance the organization's digital capabilities,
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, technological standardization, and operational efficiency across IT processes.
