ERP Operator

• Enter and update daily production, material, inventory, purchase and dispatch data in the ERP system.
• Prepare and update Production Orders, Job Cards, Material Issues, Stock Transfers and GRN entries as required.
• Maintain accurate records of raw material, WIP, finished goods and consumables.
• Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase, Quality, Maintenance and Accounts departments for data collection and ERP transactions.
• Verify ERP entries against physical documents and report discrepancies to the concerned department.
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly ERP reports as required by management.
• Maintain proper documentation and records related to ERP transactions.
• Support stock reconciliation and inventory verification.
• Ensure timely closure/update of production and material transactions in ERP.
• Assist in identifying and resolving basic ERP data-entry or transaction-related issues.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of company data.
