ERP Project Engineer

Main Responsibility

• Manage and support ERP implementation and improvement projects from planning through deployment.
• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into ERP system solutions.
• Configure, customize, and maintain ERP modules according to business needs.
• Coordinate with internal departments and ERP vendors/developers.
• Support ERP integration with other systems, applications, and databases.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Ensure ERP projects are delivered according to scope, timeline, and quality standards.
• Provide ongoing system support, documentation, and user assistance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in ERP implementation, ERP support, business systems, IT projects, or a similar role.
• Experience participating in or managing ERP implementation and improvement projects.
• Strong understanding of business processes and system analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong project coordination and documentation skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
