ERP Project Manager

Cathcart Technology works with a leading consulting company. They are looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead a technical consulting team and oversee ERP implementation, integration, and technical delivery projects.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Technical Consultants.
• Oversee ERP implementation, installation, upgrade, migration, integration, and go-live activities.
• Provide technical guidance across ERP, system integration, databases, and cloud environments.
• Act as a technical escalation point for complex customer issues.
• Work closely with customers, Project Managers, Functional Consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
• Support pre-sales activities including solution design, technical presentations, estimation, and customer workshops.
• Drive technical standards, best practices, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Experiences:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or related fields.

• 10+ years of experience in ERP, enterprise software, system integration, or technical consulting with 5+ years in a managerial or team leadership role.

• Strong experience with Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, database administration, and enterprise applications.

• Good knowledge of Linux/SUSE Linux (SLES); experience with SAP HANA is highly preferred.

• Experience in ERP implementation, system integration, API integration, customization, and data migration.

• Good understanding of cloud technologies, with Azure, AWS, or GCP experience being advantageous.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, project management, and customer-facing skills.

• Good command of English and willingness to travel when required.
