Summary

We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead end-to-end ERP implementation and transformation projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project planning, execution, stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination, risk management, and successful system go-live. The role requires close collaboration with business users and technical teams to ensure project objectives are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects from initiation to post-go-live support.
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, resources, risks, and issues.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, business users, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Drive business requirements gathering, solution design, testing, data migration, and deployment activities.
• Provide regular project updates to management and steering committees.
• Support change management, user training, and business adoption initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in ERP implementation projects.
• PMP, PMI, or equivalent project management certification is required.
• Proven experience delivering full project lifecycle implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Good understanding of retail business processes and operations.
• Experience with ERP solutions such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in English and Chinese
