ERP Project Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead and manage ERP implementation projects from initiation to go-live and post-implementation support. The candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and budgets, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure successful ERP deployment aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, vendors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct project kickoff meetings and regular project status updates.
• Monitor project progress and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage ERP system configuration, customization, integration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Ensure proper documentation of business requirements, workflows, SOPs, and project reports.
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training sessions, and go-live support.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong client relationships.
• Track project KPIs and prepare management reports.
• Coordinate post-implementation support and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, project governance, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in ERP implementation or project management.
• Experience managing ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Odoo, or similar ERP platforms.
• Strong understanding of business processes including Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR, or Supply Chain.
• Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams effectively.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or ERP certification is a plus.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
