ERP Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of ERP implementation projects, from planning and execution to go-live and post-implementation support, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and deliver ERP implementation projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, scope and quality objectives are met.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, IT teams and external vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project risks, issues, resources, dependencies and stakeholder expectations.
• Oversee business requirements, system configuration, integration, data migration, testing and go-live activities.
• Drive change management, user training and adoption to ensure successful implementation.
• Monitor project progress, provide regular updates to management and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of project management experience, including 3–5 years managing ERP implementation projects.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Infor LN, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or NetSuite.
• Good understanding of ERP business processes, system integration, data migration and implementation methodologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is an advantage. Experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies is preferred.
