GoLive Recruitment is partnering with an organisation in Cork that is in the final stages of selecting a new ERP system. With the decision close, they’re now looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager to take the programme forward and lead the implementation from start to finish.

The role

This is a rare chance to join at the very beginning of an ERP journey. You’ll own the project from the business side, helping finalise the selection, building the implementation plan, and working alongside the chosen partner to deliver a successful go-live. You’ll be the key link between leadership, internal teams and the vendor.

Key responsibilities

• Support the final stages of system and partner selection
• Build and own the implementation roadmap, budget and governance
• Manage scope, timelines, risks and resources throughout the project
• Coordinate internal teams, key users and the implementation partner
• Report progress to senior leadership and steering committees
• Lead change management, training and user adoption

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience managing full lifecycle ERP implementations (IFS, D365, SAP or similar)
• Experience on the client side of an ERP project is a strong advantage
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Confident building project structure from the ground up
• Able to work on site in Cork.
